Universal Fixative Lotion contains a lather-active tenside system, hydrogen peroxide and acid components which ensure that the keratin of the hair is hardened after each perming treatment. The result is hair with bouncy and long-lasting waves.
C:EHKO TIP
When application time of Universal Perm Lotion is over, thoroughly rinse and blot hair in rollers. Mix 0.9 fl.oz. Universal Fixative Lotion and 0.9 fl.oz. lukewarm into a lather and apply lather. Leave to react for 10 minutes. Then remove rollers. Immediately apply remaining Fixative Lotion to length and ends of hair. Leave to react for another 5 minutes. We recommended C:EHKO Stabilet® Plus as a round off treatment.
